JUNIOR PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot
  • Payment is required at time of registration
  • Monthly payment is due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date
  • Must sign up for specific days
  • Students will be automatically re-enrolled unless you notify the office before the last class of the month

 

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Monthly payment due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date
  • Must specify which days your child is attending
  • HPP Classes are on rain or shine
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

Cancellation Policies

  • Pro Shop will email weather-related cancellations and updates on junior program classes, so please make sure that the address on your account is current
  • Credits are only issued for classes cancelled due to inclement weather
  • If you need to cancel a court reservation or class, you MUST call the appropriate pro shop.  Cancellations cannot be made online

ADULT PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot
  • Online registration closes two hours prior to start of class
  • Payment is required at time of registration
  • Drop-ins for classes will be allowed if minimum number of students has been met
  • Credits will be issued for weather-related cancellations
  • Pro Shop will email cancellations and updates on adult program classes

Cancellation Policies

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive an account credit, not a refund
  • Call the pro shop to apply your account credit for another class
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will not result in account credit issued, unless your spot is able to be filled by the waitlist
  • If you need to cancel a court reservation or class, you MUST call or email the appropriate pro shop. Cancellations cannot be made online

    • Must have 4 campers to hold the camp. If camp is cancelled due to low numbers, an email notification will be sent by 5pm the evening before camp
    • Agape Jr Summer Camps are held rain or shine.
